Our immersive program begins with a two-week online introduction before your arrival in La Rioja. The on-site experience offers 7 nights of en-suite accommodation in the venue village or a nearby location, tailored to your preferences. The package includes all meals, aperitifs, and a selection of fine wines, with dining experiences at award-winning restaurants, hotels, bodegas, "merenderos," and other local culinary establishments.

During weekdays, you will enjoy a 75-minute morning session with a qualified and experienced Spanish teacher at our air-conditioned academy, where all learning materials will be provided. These classes will focus on the vocabulary necessary for the day's activities.

The comprehensive 7-day course features morning excursions and a minimum of three afternoon activities, which vary depending on the season and individual preferences. Possible activities include, but are not limited to:

• Guided cooking classes featuring iconic Spanish dishes, such as Croquetas, Paella, and Tortilla de Patata
• Museum visits delving into the origins of Rioja Wine and its rich history
• Exploration of the stunning monasteries of San Millán
• Discovering picturesque Basque villages in Rioja Alavesa
• Visiting the Ezcaray ski resort
• A guided tour of Logroño, followed by tapas on Laural Street and in the historic old town
• Walking a portion of the Camino de Santiago along the vineyards
• Canoeing on the River Ebro
• Horseback riding through the vineyards or Rioja Baja
• Hot air ballooning over the plains of Rioja Alta
• Visiting renowned bodegas to learn about the winemaking process
• Wine tastings that teach you how to distinguish between different varieties

Additionally, the course includes a one-night stay at a luxurious boutique hotel, arranged by the academy, as part of the program (more details to be provided later).
