Language Trips Ltd requires each student (traveller/client) to accept the following terms and conditions before signing up for one of our Spanish Courses in Spain. These terms and conditions are designed to provide a clear understanding of our policies and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Course Pricing and Payment: The price of each course depends on factors such as the number of days, size of the group, and selected activities and excursions. After establishing the client's requirements, we will email a bespoke quotation, which the client can either accept or request modifications. To secure the booking, the client must make full payment via IBAN bank transfer to our UK Company bank account.
- Travel Arrangements: Each traveller is responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue at the specified date and time. Language Trips Ltd can assist with transfers at an additional cost if needed.
- Scheduled Activities: Language Trips Ltd reserves the right to modify and exchange scheduled visits and activities for similar values if necessary due to reasons beyond our control.
- Cancellations and Refunds: In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, we will provide a full refund or, if preferred, credit towards future events. - Independent Restaurants and Eateries: All meals are provided by independent restaurants and eateries. We select these establishments in good faith but are not responsible for their output. Each individual is responsible for ensuring that restaurants and eateries are aware of any allergies or special dietary requirements, with our assistance if required.
- Accommodation: We will allocate hotels, hostels, and rented apartments based on the client's initial requests. However, if necessary, we reserve the right to make last-minute modifications and alternatives. If a traveller requests alternative accommodations, we can arrange this, but it may incur additional costs, especially for transportation to and from the venues.
- Conduct and Behavior: Students are expected to be respectful towards fellow students, teaching staff, and locals, as well as to abide by the laws of the land. Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in the termination of our services, with no entitlement to a refund or assistance with returning home.
- Insurance and Liability: Language Trips Ltd maintains liability insurance for its Academy and teaching schemas. However, each traveller is responsible for obtaining their own personal injury and liability insurance, which should be arranged at the time of booking their travel.
- Participant Health and Medical Cover: Participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns that may affect their ability to fully participate in the course activities. They are also responsible for carrying any necessary medications and informing Language Trips Ltd of any special needs. Each traveller is required to have appropriate medical cover for the duration of their trip. While EU member states typically have access to healthcare within the region, non-EU travellers, such as those from the USA, should obtain suitable medical insurance to cover any potential health issues or accidents during their stay. Language Trips Ltd cannot be held liable for medical expenses incurred by travellers who lack adequate medical coverage. Please consult us at the time of booking should you be unsure.
- Media Release: Language Trips Ltd may use photographs or videos taken during the course for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly requests otherwise.
- Complaints and Dispute Resolution: If participants have any concerns or complaints, they should raise them with Language Trips Ltd, who will take appropriate steps to address and resolve these issues.
- Force Majeure: Language Trips Ltd is not responsible for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
By accepting these terms and conditions, participants acknowledge their understanding of the policies outlined above and agree to abide by them during their participation in the Spanish Courses in Spain provided by Language Trips Ltd.
