We at Language Trips Ltd understand that circumstances can change, and we are committed to providing a fair and flexible refund policy for our valued customers. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. A small, non-refundable registration fee (£85) is required upon booking. This fee covers administrative costs and helps us maintain our high-quality services.

2. If you cancel your booking more than six weeks before your scheduled travel date, we will refund the full amount paid minus the non-refundable registration fee.

3. For cancellations made between six weeks and two weeks prior to the travel date, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid minus the non-refundable registration fee.

4. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before the travel date. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.

5. In the unlikely event that Language Trips Ltd must cancel a course or trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or credit towards a future course.
    

To request a refund, please get in touch with our customer service team by email or phone, providing your booking details and the reason for your cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your request.
